With more than 35 years of real estate experience, Bogany has served the REALTOR® family in many roles over the years. He served as Chairman of the Houston Association of REALTORS® in 2002 and was the association’s REALTOR® of the Year in 2004. He is passionate about affordable-housing initiatives, which is evident in his history of service to the Texas Association of REALTORS® where he was Chairman of the Housing Initiatives Committee and the Equal Opportunity Committee. Bogany served on Mayor Turner’s Housing Transition Team during which time he established relationships with other housing groups to benefit the community regarding affordable housing. He served as a Director on the Board of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHC) in 2001-2007 assisting with the establishment and formulation of the partnership between TDHC and the Texas Association of REALTORS®- 117,000 members strong. The partnership created opportunities to educate consumers, REALTORS®, lenders and other government-elected officials about housing down payment programs. Bogany served as a National Association of REALTORS® Director from 2001-2018 and was recognized for his extensive service to the real estate industry with the prestigious National Association of REALTORS® Omega Tau Rho award. He was just recently the 2019 Chair of MLS Emerging Issues and Technology, which handles MLS Clear Cooperation Policy.

Elizabeth Miller-Bougdanos is an experienced attorney adept at combining problem-solving with people skills. Through her work in the Corporate Legal Department of one of the nation's largest trade associations, the California Association of REALTORS® ("C.A.R."), she advises C.A.R. and the California real estate industry on a variety of broker, MLS and online data, licensing, intellectual property, real estate, antitrust, contractual and corporate matters. She also develops and oversees the State’s MLS program, publishes governing documents and legal articles for use throughout the State and is a frequent speaker on these issues. Distilling complex topics and relaying them in an understandable (and on a good day - fun) way is her forte. Elizabeth is also a Mediator. She has mediated cases privately and for the Courts, having served as a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court’s ADR Panel for many years. Elizabeth got her start as a litigator, the mindset of which continually comes in handy.

Jonathan Butler is the Vice President and Broker of Record for Douglas Elliman Real Estate in California, supervising 23 offices and 700+ top-producing Douglas Elliman agents. After a year-long lap around the globe, two years of accounting and finance work in Minneapolis, and three subsequent years as a touring production manager based out of Los Angeles—Butler dove into the Southern California real estate market bringing his high-energy, enthusiasm and positive outlook to a struggling, declining market. Joining Teles Properties in Beverly Hills in 2012, Butler focused on default services and gained invaluable experience selling bank-owned homes (REO), assisting homeowners with short sales, and completing 2,500+ BPO's (Broker Price Opinions) for the banks. In a short span of time, he built a strong clientele of regular and luxury buyers, investors, and sellers—from the Westside to the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys.
