Welcome to VESTAPLUS™. VESTAPLUS has been created based on the feedback of The MLS agents. Here, you’ll find the new and improved listing search, along with a host of new features designed to make your workflow easier and more efficient than ever. This video will highlight the system’s core features, including

Home Page
The Home page lets you manage your information at-a-glance. The most popular tool is the Quick Search, which lets you search 1 address at a time. Be sure to include commas when searching by multiple zip codes, cities, MLS numbers, and subdivisions.
Listing Search
Here, we have the new and improved listing search.
Let’s take a look at using basic criteria for a search. Let’s say we search for active homes in the Beverly Hills area. Here’s the result.
You’ll notice “Cross Property” is set as the default as it contains the broadest criteria, but feel free drill down on a more specific search using the dropdown, options here include things like residential and lease properties.
Want to find an virtual showing? Simply tap on “Enable Virtual Showing Only.”
Let’s see what’s happening with these map pins.
You’ll see that the colors match with the Criteria tags in the left panel: you can see the Active are all green, but if I select Sold then i begin to see red pins Each of these pins is clickable to display more info on the property
Radius Search
Now, let’s conduct a Radius Search. To get started, enter either an MLS number or a specific address.
The location is then pinned to the map. You can click on the pin and enter a desired radius, in this case 1 is mile. And tap draw.
Now any filters you apply will affect only the properties inside that radius.
Search Visible Map
Another great feature is the visible map, which lets you use the map to drive your search once you’ve entered criteria. Let’s say you’re zoomed to the view you need. Now you can SEARCH VISIBLE MAP and it will only show properties in your zoomed view.
Let’s drag the map around… pretty cool, right?
Layers
Layers is an exciting new addition to VESTAPLUS. One of the most popular options is searching by primary schools. The layer becomes activated, at which point you can select or deselect the outlined areas. The criteria will populate in the left panel; and you’ll see how many listings are available in that primary school district.
To clear this data, I tap Clear on the Layers menu.
Drawing Shapes
The Draw menu contains a number of shapes, an eraser and save buttons. I’ve selected the freehand shape by selecting the pencil icon. To draw on the map, I place my cursor where I want to begin my line and keep pressing down until I have finished drawing my shape. When I release the cursor, the shape is auto-completed. Now any search criteria I enter will affect the drawn shape. I then can save this shape. Once it’s saved I can retrieve it easily from the dropdown.
Saving a Search With Auto Notifications
After conducting a search, you have the option to save it, and receive email notifications from VESTAPLUS whenever a change to the search criteria is detected. PLUS, VESTAPLUS will send automated notifications directly to your clients. Add their email and select how often they will receive notifications.
Search Management Tool
With the search management tool, you can find and manage all the searches you’ve saved. The TOTAL column is a real-time total of properties that match the saved search criteria. Click on the number to view results in a Reports view. The NEW ACTIVITY column allows you to control the timeframe of the matches you’d like to see. Click the CALENDAR icon to determine how far back to go.
Client Dashboard
The Client Dashboard is a great new tool that lets you monitor your client’s activity at a glance.
When you save a search for a client or just share listings with them, a Dashboard is created. It keeps a record of properties matching their search criteria, as well as an archive of what has been SHARED with the client.
If you’d like a more interactive experience with your client, you can give them access to the Dashboard by clicking the INVITE option within your CONTACTS. Your client will be able to rate properties, exchange notes with you and SEARCH real-time MLS data.
